| 摘 要： | 调查研究了吉林省3所高校中高水平田径运动员的运动损伤情况,对其运动损伤的性质、产生的原因进行分析,结合这些运动员在田径训练与竞赛中的项目、心理特点,总结了田径项目运动损伤发生的一般规律和特点,提出了一些在高校田径训练和竞赛中有效预防和减少运动损伤的措施和建议.

| Abstract: | This article carries on an investigation in and research on the athletic trauma in 3 higher learning in institutions . It analyzes the psychological features , tayes , games and body pants of athletic trauma . Analysis is also done in the cause for occurrence of athletic trauma . Based on the above mentioned this article finds out the general law and featues in the cause for athletice trauma and puts forward some measures and suggestions on the prevention and reductiou in the training and sport games held in high learning institutions . |
