| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会需要大批高素质人才,要求我们推行素质教育,改革现行高校体育体制.本文论述了素质教育的内涵和要求,分析了素质教育与高校体育改革的关系,并对如何实施素质教育,推进高校体育改革提出了建议.

| Abstract: | Building a well - off society in an all - round way needs a great deal of high - qualified persons, this asks us both to promote quality - oriented education and how to reform current sports system in colleges.This thesis points out the meaning and request of quality- oriented education,then analyses the relation of the quality - oriented education and reforms of PE teaching in colleges, and then puts forward some managerial suggestions on how to promote quality - oriented education and how to reform current sports system in colleges. |
