摘    要:体育锻炼有益于身心健康,能够对人的心理发展和变化产生积极作用,就大学生心理问题日益严重这一现象,从体育锻炼有益于心理健康的角度,探讨体育锻炼对大学生心理潜能开发的可行性。

Abstract:Physical exercise is good at physical health and psychological health,and can develop the human's psychology.The paper researched on the feasibility that the physical exercise can develop university student's mental potential from the physical exercise being mental health in connection with the university student's mental problems.
