| 摘 要： | 通过研究分析，制约福建省高校健美操发展的不利因素有：1)高校没有系统的健美操教材；2)学生的健美操课后锻炼积极性不高；3)健美操教师教练员，运动员队伍建设不健全；4)体育事业经费投入少，且用于健美操教学训练的场馆设备不足；5)竞赛活动少，训练体系不健全，科学化训练水平低。针对以上现状提出可行性建议。

| Abstract: | Through research analysis,The unfavourable factor of Fujian province aerobics are: 1 ) college has no systematic aerobics teaching material; 2 ) aerobics exercise enthusiasm of student after lesson is not high; 3 ) aerobics teacher coach , athlete troops construction is un-sound; 4 ) sports cause funds input less, and aerobics teaching the place and equipment not enough 5 ) competition is few contest campaign is lost ,train system is un-sound, the level of scientific training is low. According to above present situation, it suggests feasibility ideas. |
