| 摘 要： | 运用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法，调查研究了河南大学生参加课外体育活动的现状和特点，对影响大学生参加课外体育活动的因素进行了分析，对如何推动大学生积极合理地参加课外体育活动提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Refering to a series of research methods such as documentation, paper-question investigation,mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper investigates the current situation and trait of Henan college students attending extracurricular physical activities and analyses the influencial factors to extracurricular physical activities, Meanwhile, it puts forward some suggestion on how spur college students to activily and rationally attending extracurricular physical activities. |
