| 摘 要： | 健商(HQ)是21世纪人类全新的健康理念。通过剖释健商的内涵、产生的背景,分析了在我国倡导健商理念的必要性,从而将健商理念融人到高校体育教学改革中,使高校体育在提高国民健康素质中发挥更大作用。
