| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法探寻了中西传统体育文化，发现从根源上存在：开放个性与封闭保守、神本位与人本位、征服自然与顺应自然、着眼局部与考虑整体的差异，在社会演变过程中形成了：社会契约与伦理宗法、冒险竞技与养生娱乐的不同，在“身”与“心”关系的发展过程具有相似性：“身”“心”对立与统一。分析了当前中西体育文化发展存在的困境，西：过度竞技忽视了对人本身的关怀、过度商业化导致体育道德异化；中：体育文化自信丧失、养生传统被忽视，最后提出中西体育文化和而不同，和合共生的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Applying the document and data carding and logic analysis method this thesis analyzes and studies the Chinese and western traditional physical culture and then explores the differences and similarities between them. The differences on the origin are open character versus close and conservative character, god centered versus man centered , nature conquered versus nature o- beyed , with the view to parts versus with the view to whole. The differences formed on the society evolution process are：society contract versus ethic rules, adventure sports competition versus health - preserving and entertainment. The similarity is the relation of ＂body＂ and ＂mind＂ in the develop process, both of the two are contrasting and unifying. Besides, the thesis analysis the pres- ent dilemmas of Chinese and western physical culture ：the western sports over emphasis competition and ignore the care for people and excessive commercial tread leading to the sports morality letting down;for Chinese,the sports confidence is lost, the healthy - preserving tradition is ignored, thus the author points out that the Chinese and western sports should seek common points while re- serving difference and should be combined and developed together harmony. |
