| 摘 要： | 在对吉林体育学院大学生进行心理健康调查的基础之上,结合在心理健康教育工作中的一些认识,对学生较为突出的心理特点和存在问题进行总结,对问题产生的原因进行分析,并根据目前心理健康教育工作现状和学生特点,提出了有效开展大学生心理健康教育的对策。
