| 摘 要： | 终身体育是现代人追求的一种生活方式，也是学校体育追求的目标。培养学生对体育活动的兴趣，激发学生的参与动机，培养学生的身体锻炼习惯，是学校体育培养学生的终身体育意识的有效途径。就一些激发学生兴趣的方法进行了论述。
