| 摘 要： | 为使运动员在自行车比赛中具有良好的心理素质，充分发挥自身的体能及技、战术水平，必须重视和加强对运动员进行赛前心理训练。根据自行车运动员赛前的心理状态，提出了赛前心理训练的方法。
