| 摘 要： | 北京奥运会辉煌成就与学校体育、群众体育发展现状形成的巨大反差让人们对我国体育事业发展的价值取向产生了困惑。采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，从以人为本科学发展观理论的角度，分析了当前体育事业发展过程中价值判断和价值取向存在的问题，提出了以人为本，和谐发展我国体育事业的基本思路。
