高职教师综合素质评价研究——基于FAHP和模糊综合评判

摘    要:将高职教师分为基础理论课教师、专业理论课教师、职业实践课教师三类,从思想政治素质、科学文化素质、教学素质、科研能力四个方面分别构建三类高职教师综合素质评价指标体系,采用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)确定指标权重,再运用模糊综合评判对评价对象各方面素质进行评价.模糊层次分析与模糊综合评判相结合的评价模型为高职教师综合素质评价提供了一套科学可行的方法.

Abstract:In this paper we first divide higher vocational teachers into three categories:basic course teachers,professional theory teachers and professional practice teachers,and construct the higher vocational teachers quality system from four aspects:ideological and political qualities,scientific and cultural qualities,teaching qualities,research qualities,etc.Next by FAHP we determine the index weight.Then using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,we get a comprehensive quality assessment information evaluating all aspects.The evaluation of the quality of vocational teachers based on the combination of FAHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation provides a scientific and feasible method.
