| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、对比分析法、专家访谈法，根据色彩学原埋，论述了在体育的教学、训练、比赛中色彩对运动效果的影响，认为颜色与体育运动效果和运动成绩有着密切的关系，应加强色彩运用的深入研究．
