| 摘 要： | 在背越式跳高助跑与起跳结合技术的教学中，采用辅助练习与常规教学方法进行对比实验研究。结果显示，在教学中采用具有针对性的辅助练习，对于学生更好更快的掌握技术大有帮助。

| Abstract: | The combination of the fact running and quick jumping is a key link of the chest-up-style high jumping technique .This link is difficult for students to master. We design an experiment to compare the efficiency between general teaching way and the way attached to assistant exercises. The result shows that the teaching way attached assistant exercises have a better teaching efficiency than the former one. |
