| 摘 要： | 依据全人格教育理论，主要运用文献法对英国公学体育育人的经验进行考析，旨在为我国实现学校体育育人目的以及丰富学校体育理论提供参考。研究结果表明：公学的体育开展始终坚持“育人至上”的原则和“体魄与人格并重”的指导思想，在注重学生身心协同发展的同时，更是将人格教育作为其价值取向；公学校园内开展的所有运动项目都经过精挑细选，虽然项目有异，但有一点是相同的，那就是通过参与这些运动项目既可以使学生的体魄得以锤炼，更可以使学生的体育精神得以提升；公学人深知多数体育精神的获得离不开体育比赛，因此，他们十分重视体育比赛，通过多如繁星、五花八门的体育比赛来充分挖掘体育的教育功能实为上策；在提升学生学校体育参与方面，公学坚持兴趣与约束共同作用并以约束为主；公学的办学目标旨在培养领袖与社会精英，而体育恰恰是实现这一目标的最佳途径；推崇体育明星，把运动场上的明星视为最优秀的学生，不仅是对体育与教育规律的深刻把握，更是社会发展与进步的标志。

Experience and Implications of English Public Schools about Physical Education |

| Abstract: | Based on totally personality education theory,Using mainly literature to analyze British public schools sports ed-ucation experience,amid to provide reference for China to achieve the purpose of school physical education as well as rich school sports theoryschool. The results show that:the public schools sports development always adhere to principle of the“education first” and the guiding ideology of“ physique and personality is equally important”,focus on students’ physical and mental development of the cooperative,but regard the personality education as their value;All sports in public schools have been carefully selected,although the project vary,but one thing is the same,and that is through participation in these sports not only allows students to temper physique,but also allows students to sports spirit can be improved;Most people in public school know that sports spirit can not get no sports games,so they attach great importance to sports games,by many many of sports games to fully tap the educational function of sport is indeed the best policy;In the respect of enhancing students’ participation in school sports,Public schools adhere to interest and constraint together and focus on constraint;Educational goals of the public school aims to train leaders and social elites,and sports is precisely the best way to achieve this goal;Respected sports stars,ragard the star of the sports arena as the most outstanding students,not only for sports and education profound grasp of the law,but is a sign of social development and progress. |
