| 摘 要： | 我国社会体育已经进入一个新的发展时期——后奥运时代,努力促进后奥运时代我国社会体育发展的社会公平对于社会体育热潮的来临具有积极作用。以文献资料法为主要研究方法,以社会公平解读为研究起点,从体育参与权利缺乏公平、体育参与机会缺乏公平、体育资源配置缺乏公平等方面揭示了当代中国社会体育领域的社会公平问题,并分析了我国社会体育社会公平问题产生的原因,主要包括社会不公客观存在、体育发展观的影响、社会体育法制建设薄弱、体育公共服务不足、体育体制改革滞后。基于此,提出了后奥运时代我国社会体育发展社会公平的建议：不断追求社会公平、树立体育的科学发展观、加强体育法制建设、强化体育公共服务、深化体育体制改革、保障社会体育底线公平、贵族体育项目大众化。

| Abstract: | Social sports has come into a new developmental epoch of post Olympic era in China,and accelerating social fairness of social sports has positive effects on the upsurge＇s coming of social sports.The research starts from the expatiation of social fairness,and literature research is the main method.The problems of social fairness in contemporary Chinese social sports have been revealed from three aspects： be short of fair in the rights of sports participation,be short of fair in the chances of sports participation,be short of fair in distribution of sports resources.The causes of the problems of social fair in social sports have been analyzed from five aspects： the problems of social unfair are existent,the influence of sports developmental idea,weakness of social sports laws,lack of sports public services,lagging of sports system reformation.The suggestions of social fairness in social sports development during post Olympic era have been put forward as follows： pursuing social fairness constantly,erecting the idea of sports scientific development,strengthening construction of sports laws,intensifying sports public service,deepening reformation of sports system,ensuring basal fairness of social sports,putting aristocratic sports popular. |
