健美操与慢跑对女大学生心理健康的实验干预研究

摘    要:通过对800名女大学生进行问卷调查后,有针对性地将30名存在不同心理健康问题的学生分为慢跑干预组、健美操干预组和对照组三组进行8周的实验。根据实验所得数据进行科学对照与分析,得知健美操运动干预对强迫症状和偏执因子的缓解和改善作用显著,慢跑运动干预则对抑郁和敌意因子具有显著的积极效应。健美操与慢跑运动对女大学生的心理健康问题都有着较好的预防与治疗作用。

Abstract:By 800 female students to answer a questionnaire, targeted to 30 the existence of different mental health problems in the intervention group ,the students were divided into jogging, aerobics intervention group and control group carried out three groups for 8 weeks experiment. According to comparative analysis of the experimental scientific data and found that aerobic exercise intervention teams obsessive - compulsive symptoms and paranoid factor in mitigation and to improve the role of significant intervention in the jogging exercise on depression and hostility factor has significant positive effects. Aerobics and jogging exercise on mental health problems of female college students have a better prevention and therapeutic effect.
