| 摘 要： | 中国传统体育蕴于农业文明的基础之上,溶入了中国人文文化精髓,以造就真、善、美和和谐的社会为指向,散发着人文精神的光芒。本文通过文献资料分析,揭示了我国传统体育中所体现的道德情操、价值理性、精神境界等人文精神,为促进体育发展提供宝贵的财富。

| Abstract: | Stemming from a venerable civilization of agriculture,Chinese sports assimilate the essence of Chinese humanism.With the aspiration of creating a harmonious community full of truth,love and beauty,it embodies the virtues of humanism.Through a thorough analysis towards a series of datum and documents,this article discloses the human spirits carried by traditional Chinese sports,including mores,values,spirits and etc,which contributes spiritual nourishment to the development of Chinese sports. |
