| 摘 要： | 设计并使用“目标教学”法，对大学排球普修体育课学生作了教学实验，结果显示，该教学方法在排球3项技术教学的总体效果上好于一般教学法；该法合理分解教学目标，降低了技术学习的难度，使学生在不断尝试技术学习成功的过程中建立起学好排球技术的自信心；该法一定程度上实现了技术学习过程中的认知过程和情感过程的相对统一，对提高大学生体育学习兴趣较为有效。
