| 摘 要： | 在体育新《课程标准》中特别强调了心理健康目标，对此，从体育教学的各方面出发，提出了一系列优化教学措施、教学环境等设想，通过调整教师教学行为、创设良好教学心理气氛、优化体育课堂教学法等手段，不断施加不同的教学因素，以期取得了良好的教学效果。
