| 摘 要： | 通过对中美高校竞技体育人才培养模式的比较研究,分析两者的管理机构、运行模式及其效益,并结合我国高校竞技体育人才培养模式存在的问题,借助于美国NCAA的成功经验和系统科学的管理办法,探索适合我国高校竞技体育发展的合理模式,为我国在市场经济体制下办好高校竞技体育人才培养,为我国高校竞技体育改革与发展,为建立有中国特色的社会主义竞技体育人才培养体系提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Through the Sino-US Universities Sports personnel training patterns of comparative study,analysis of their management,operation mode and efficiency,and with the existing problems of China's colleges and universities athletic sports personnel training mode,With the successful experience of the U.S.NCAA and scientific management,to explore the rational development of competitive sports model of suitable for China's colleges and universities,how in the market for China's economic success under the system of personnel training College Sports,for China's College Sports reform and development,for the establishment of socialism with Chinese characteristics competitive sports personnel training system and provide a theoretical basis. |
