| 摘 要： | 创新型国家需要具有创新能力的人才作保障,研究生教育已成为培养创新人才的主要阵地。虽然我国已经进入到教育大国的行列,但是体育学硕士研究生的培养还存在不足之处。研究生质量不容乐观,研究生的专业知识和创新科研能力还需要再上台阶,研究生就业困难等。通过调查、访谈、文献资料法探骊体育学硕士研究生的创新观念、培养模式、导师队伍建设、管理制度四个方面整合出体育学硕士研究生的培养体系,旨在提高我国体育学硕士研究生的创新能力。

| Abstract: | The innovative country needs to have creative talents for protection,and graduate education has become a major position of cultivating innovative talents.Although China has become an educational power,there are deficiencies on the cultivation of master＇s graduates of physical education.Graduate quality is not promising,and professional knowledge and innovation of postgraduates also need improving,and graduate employment is difficult and so on.By investigation,interviews,literature review,this article searches four aspects including innovative ideas,cultivation model,construction of mentor team and management system of master＇s graduates of physical education,and integrates training system of master＇s graduates of physical education to enhance the innovation ability of master＇s graduates of physical education in China. |
