| 摘 要： | 本分析了新形势下学校体育在全民健身中的地位与作用以及学校体育改革的趋势，提出学校体育是社会体育、家庭体育的基础，学校体育改革对全民健身运动的开展有着举足轻重的影响，建议学校体育改革应着眼于向社会化方向发展。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the state and function of physical education in the national fitness and innovation trend of physical education, and put forward that physical education in college is the fundamental of family physical education and social physical culture that its innovation has very important influence for developing the national fitness. Suggest that the innovation on physical education should be developed with an eye toward the socialization. |
