| 摘 要： | 我国的民族传统体育根植于中国传统文化的深厚土壤。笔者为了深入探讨中国传统文化对民族传统体育发展的影响作用，通过查阅有关资料，走访相关专家学者，对于如何在新时期弘扬民族传统体育，使民族传统体育不仅在中华大地上保持其持久旺盛的生命力，而且在世界体育舞台上展示其永恒的魅力与风采提出了自己的看法。通过研究，笔者得出结论：要通过推广民族传统体育，挖掘中国传统文化的深刻内涵，同时以传播中国传统文化为手段，弘扬民族传统体育。我们只有不拒绝和排斥外来文化的优秀部分，本着实事求是的态度对无论是中国传统文化还是外来文化，都扬弃地加以继承和发展，使得民族传统体育不断焕发出新的魅力，民族传统体育和其中所蕴涵的传统文化精神就一定能长盛不衰。

| Abstract: | Our conventional gym developed from the deep soil of Chinese traditional culture. Further discussion on the culture's influence on the development of national gym, about how to advance our conventional gym in new era could has significant bearing, not only for keeping our gym's energic life, but also for bringing forth its eternal charisma on the stage of international gym.The writer thinks, to advance national gym, need to popularize conventional gym, to dig profundity meaning of Chinese traditional culture and to take the measures of spreading Chinese culture. We should not reject the excellent part of exotic culture, but inherit and develop selectively base on pragmatic and realize attitude, no matter the culture is Chinese traditional one or exotic, thereby to coruscate the new charming of national gym, through all these, the national gym and the traditional culture spirit it contains could prosperous for ever. |
