| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等,以百年奥运会为研究视角,对澳大利亚竞技体育发展中二次崛起历程及其成功因素进行分析。首先对澳大利亚百年奥运竞技历程进行了发展分期,其次基于奖牌分布特征将对比分析了澳大利亚二次竞技体育崛起的项目分布差异;再次则是在比较澳大利亚两次竞技体育崛起内外部环境变化的基础上,重点对澳大利亚竞技体育得以再度崛起的成功因素进行深入分析,研究认为澳大利亚政治领域执政党及其执政理念的更迭为竞技体育的重生创造了重要前提,澳大利亚联邦政府对竞技体育发展深入的政策设计与逐渐的资金资助是其重回巅峰的关键,澳大利亚逐渐走向成熟的竞技体育管理系统是其再次崛起的重要保障,澳大利亚国民性与体育的高度融合是其竞技体育再度成功的重要根基。最后则指出了澳大利亚竞技体育二次崛起对我国的启示。

| Abstract: | This study examined the process of the two-time rise of Australian competitive sport in the 100 years of the Olympic Games and factors contributing to its success. First,we conducted a stage division of the 100 years of Australian competitive sport. Then we looked at the event distribution of the two-time rise. After we compared the first-time rise and the second-time rise in terms of internal and external environment,we focused on the analysis of elements that contributed to the second-time rise of Australian competitive sport. These elements include the alterna-tion of the ruling party and change in administrating conceptions,the federal government’s policy design and finan-cial support for the development of competitive sport,the maturing management system of competitive sport,and the agreement between Australia’s national character and sport. The study concluded with inspirations that can be ap-plied in China’s sport context. |
