| 摘 要： | 对健康体育与运动竞技的本质属性进行了简要的辨析和区分,并通过健康教育现状的透视和扫描,阐明了学校体育应以健康教育为中心的观点,同时揭示了健康教育的发展方向和定势.贯彻健康教育,如何正确解决好处在生长发育阶段的青少年的健康问题,为他们进行终生健康锻炼打下坚实的基础,已成为摆在学校体育界的一个新的课题.

| Abstract: | This article has carried on brief analyses and differentiation to the essential attribute of health education and sports,and through the perceptivity and scan of the current situation of health education,have expounded the view that school physical education should regard health education as the center,have announced the developing direction of health education and fixed the tendency at the same time.That carry out health education,how to solve the health problems of the call ant during the phase of growth correctly,how to simulate fine the base which can be engaged in lifetime exercise for them,have become a new problem of school physical education field. |
