| 摘 要： | 运用归纳与演绎的方法，从信息论、控制论、系统论以及教育学的视角分析了运动训练和竞赛中教练的角色与作用问题。指出了教练在运动训练和竞赛中具有主导作用、中坚作用、纽带作用和表率作用，探讨了认识运动训练和竞赛中教练角色和作用的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper, by induction and deductions, gives an analysis to the role and functions at coach in training and competition of sports from the angles of cybernetics, pedagogies, information theory and system theory. It also points out coach's functions of instruction in athletic training and contest while probing into the necessity to recognize the role and above functions of coach. |
