| 摘 要： | 创新是使体育教学顺应时代要求和社会发展的必然结果，提出体育教学首先应在教学理念上创新，并就体育与健康教育的相关理念作相应剖析；其次，应该在实践层面的方法学上予以创新，提出了方法学创新的具体办法。
