| 摘 要： | 新时期思想政治工作只有不断创新 ,才能发挥其应有的作用。本文从新时期的新情况、新问题提出的新要求出发 ,指出了思想政治工作创新的迫切性 ;围绕工作要求、工作内容和工作方式 ,提出了思想政治工作创新的基本思想和对策 ;认为机制、环境和队伍建设是新时期思想工作创新的关键。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the key to make the ideological and political work effective.In response to the requirements of the new circumstances and new problems in the new period,the author in this paper discusses the urgency to innovate in the ideological and political work.In view of the work demands,work contents,and work methods,the author puts forward the specific train of thought and presents that the key to innovate is the mechanism,environment and team construction. |
