| 摘 要： | 校园文化建设是高校建设系统工程的一个重要方面。近年来,电大教育取得了长足的发展,但电大文化建设没有得到足够的重视。本文对高校文化功能进行了再认识,提出要充分认识电大文化建设的重要性,以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,树立正确的电大文化教育观,构建具有现代远程教育特色的电大文化,促进电大教育协调发展。
