| 摘 要： | "4321"工程的基本内容是:实施教师素质提高计划、品牌专业建设计划、精品课程建设计划、实训基地建设计划;完善教学质量监控与评价体系、职业技能训练与鉴定体系、院系两级教学管理体系;推进人才培养模式改革和考试制度改革;构建教学资源信息化平台。实施"4321"工程是推进学院教育教学内涵发展的战略选择,是创建示范性高职院校的基础性工作,是落实科学发展观、打造办学特色的重要途径;体现了"以人为本"的办学理念和高职教育改革发展的内在要求。

| Abstract: | The fundamental content of the " 4321 " project are implementing plans to improve the quality of teachers, professional brand building, quality courses, training base construction; improving teaching quality monitoring system, vocational skills training and identification system, two faculty teaching management system of the academy and the department, promoting the reform of personnel training mode and examination system and building Educational Resource Information Platform. Implementation of the "4321" project is the strategic choice of promoting the connotative development of college education and teaching, the basic work to develop model vocational institutions, and an important way to implement the scientific concept of development and build school characteristics. The "4321" project reflects a people-centered education philosophy and the inherent demand for higher vocational education. |
