| Abstract: | The concept of Scientific Development,as the theoretic summary and guidance of modern social development law,has an important effect on the transformation of school physical education.Interpretation of the value theory of school physical education is done from the three basic elements of Scientific Development.They are People-Based Concept,Sustainable Development Concept and Coordinative Development Concept. |
