| 摘 要： | 采用美国迈拉宾的"成就倾向个体差异问卷"对我国部分项目的运动员进行了成就动机调查,查阅了相关的一些文献资料,深入运动队与教练员、运动员座谈,发现我国运动员普遍存在成就动机弱化现象.就体育观念的转变及运动心理学的相关理论对当前运动员成就动机弱化现象进行了较为详尽的分析,提出了相应的教育措施,旨在为市场经济条件下,提高高水平运动队的管理水平,加强运动员的动机教育,更好的发挥奖励的作用,最大限度地促使运动员以更高的成就动机献身于体育事业,提供一些研究思路.

| Abstract: | By using the questionnaire of "IDIAT", this paper investigates the athletes of some items in China, and finds that ebb of athlete effort motivation exists in China universally. The writer puts forward relative countermeasures by using the theory of psychology, this will do good to increase management level of sports and strengthen athlete's motivation. |
