| 摘 要： | 通过对我国现行国家级社会体育指导员培训工作的实证调查，得出结论：目前我国国家级社会体育指导员培训工作虽取得了一定成效，但也存在一些问题，针对这些问题提出了我国社会体育指导员培训工作改进的建议。
