| 摘 要： | 在体育师资的素质培养过程中，应该就创新意识和创新能力的培养问题进行充分认识，并予以足够重视；还要以此作为教育教学改革的重要出发点，注重学生个人素质的发展，创造有益于个性发展的教育环境，以开拓与发展学校体育的生存空间。
