高等院校体育课程评估体系和评估标准的研究

摘    要:教学评估标准在整个教学体系中具有导向和规范的重要功能。高等院校体育课程评估体系主要应包括:师资队伍、教学条件、教学管理、教学考核、教研成果、课程特色等6个一级指标,二级评估指标涵盖师资配置、队伍建设、经费投入、场馆器材、教学文件、教材建设、书刊资料、教学科研管理、规章制度建设、专家同行评课、学生评教、公开课评优、教研获奖情况、课程设置特色、教学科研特色、体育工作特色等方面。对不同类别、不同层次、不同规模的高等院校体育课程进行评估,政府职能部门和教育评估机构应建立多层次的评估标准,给评估机构以自主运行的空间,以求达到评价的实效,激励高等院校体育课程形成各自的特色。

Abstract:Undergraduate teaching evaluation plays an important role of leading and standardizing in the whole teaching system. The assessment system of physical course includes 6 fist - class indications such as the faculty construction, teaching conditions, teaching management, teaching appraisal, academic achievements and curriculum characteristic, and 16 second - class indications. The paper proposes that the government functional department and undergraduate teaching evaluation organization should set up multilevel evaluation criteria for PE course since colleges and universities are of various type, level and scale, so that teaching evaluation can reach its actual effect and encourage the formation of respective PE course characteristic in colleges and universities.
