| 摘 要： | 采用调查法等对西部中小城市宜宾市民的全民健身现状进行调研.结果表明:我国大城市与西部中小城市市民从事体育活动认知程度、体育人口、体育消费、社会体育指导、体育自然资源等方面都存在着显著的差别.对此,建议:市政府应重视<全民健身计划纲要>的落实,加大体育资源的开发,在改造市区的过程中考虑体育场馆建设;主管部门要尽快建立社会体育指导员和成人体质测定制度,推广科学的体育锻炼方法;加强企业、单位、社区的社会体育建设,为市民创造良好的健身环境.

| Abstract: | By using the method of investigation, this article carries on a research to the nationwide Body-Building current situation in Western towns, analyzes the sports consciousness, basic situation and influence factor of physical training in Yibin. The result shows that the large cities of our country and small & medium-sized cities has a remarkable difference, such as: the cognitive degree of sports activity, sports population, sports consumption, social sports instruct, sports natural resources etc. Writer of this article suggest that government should pay attention to the implementation of " outline of the nationwide body-building plan ". Improve the development of sports resource, consider the construction of Gymnasiums and stadiums while transform the urban area. The responsible institution should establish system of social sports instructor and adult's physical-fitness measurement as soon as possible, popularize the scientific sports exercise method, strengthen the social sports construction of the enterprise, unit and community, create a good environment of body-building for citizen. |
