摘    要:探讨不同运动方式对单纯性青年女性肥胖者机体氧化应激水平及其相关因素的影响。应用医学测定法、实验法等方法,以随机抽取的36例单纯性青年女性肥胖者为研究对象,检测机体氧化应激指标血浆8-表氧-前列腺2α(8-epi-PGF2α),炎症反应指标血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP),并计算稳态胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMR-IR)及体重指数(BMI)。结果显示,肥胖组血浆8-epi-PGF2α水平显著高于正常体重对照组,且与BMI、hsCRP、HOMR-IR成正相关。经过慢跑+抗阻力运动12周后,肥胖组BMI、血浆8-epi-PGF2α、HOMR-IR、hsCRP均有显著降低,慢跑+抗阻力运动比慢跑更显著降低青年女性肥胖者机体的HOMR-IR,慢跑+抗阻力运动干预前后血浆8-epi-PGF2α降低的变化值与BMI的下降值呈正相关,说明12周慢跑+抗阻力运动对氧化应激水平的影响与该组运动对BMI值的改变密切相关。

Effects of Exercise on the Oxidatie Stress and the Related Factors of Obese Young Women

Abstract:The paper is to discuss the effect of different exercises on simple obese young females’ oxidatie stress level and the related factors.By using medical determination,experimentation and other methods,the paper researches 36 young women suffering from simple obesity at random to detect their oxidative stress index plasma 8-epi-PGF2 a,inflammatory reaction index plasma hsCRP and to calculate the HOMR-IR and BMI.The result shows that the level of plasma 8-epi-PGF2 α of the obesity group is significantly higher than that of the control group with normal weight and is positively correlated with the BMI,hsCRP and HOMR-IR.After jogging + resistance exercise for 12 weeks,the BMI,8-epi-PGF2 a,HOMR-IR,hsCRP of the obesity group are significantly lower.Jogging + resistance exercise reduces the HOMR-IR of the obese young women more remarkably while the reduction variables of 8-epi-PGF2 α before and after the intervention of jogging + resistance exercise are positively correlated with the reduction of the BMI,which confirms that the effect of the 12 weeks of jogging + resistance exercise on the oxidatie stress level is closely related with change of the BMI produced by the same group of exercise.
