| Abstract: | Depending on the research methods of literature material,comparison and investigation,the paper,in view of the separation between teaching and training,constructs the integrated mode of college calisthenics teaching and training in order to realize the organic integration of calisthenics teaching and training and constantly improve its teaching and training level. |
