| 摘 要： | 大学生日趋恶化的心理问题是当前高等教育面临的严峻挑战之一。而心理咨询和心理治疗作为主要的应对策略,却对此显得力不从心,外来心理学理论与方法的低文化契合性则是其根本原因之一。中国传统文化的核心就是心文化,蕴含着丰富而独特的心灵智慧与心理调解方法,足以成为当代心理学发展与创新及其本土化的不竭源泉,并为构建大学生的心理疏导机制、提升当代大学生的心理素质提供强大动力。
