| 摘 要： | 摘要：中国式摔跤是我国民族传统体育项目的优秀代表之一，是蕴涵中国传统文化精髓和展现东方哲学精神的一项体育运动。为了探究中国式摔跤发展历程，揭示影响其发展的核心制约因素和所蕴涵的启示,采用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,以中国式摔跤发展历程为研究对象，分析和探讨其运动竞赛、竞赛规则和科学研究等相关要素。研究结果：1）新中国成立后，发展经历了2个时期和6个阶段；2）全运会时期，受到重视，运动竞赛达顶峰，竞赛规则多次修订，科学研究稳步推进；3）非全运会时期，身处尴尬境地。运动竞赛活动呈现波浪式，竞赛规则两次修订但未出版，科学研究呈现广度有余、深度不够；4）合法的协会社团和学会社团不健全；项目名称不统一；运动竞赛活动没有形成“塔式”体系结构；竞赛规则反映中国式摔跤特点不显著。据此建议：辩证处理好三组关系、合理运用好三种力量、坚持走好三条道路，形成多元化推广模式和发展方式；构建四位一体的良性互动的科学发展体系，确定国际通行规范的项目名称，统一技术动作名称和术语。以期自我革新，摆脱尴尬境地，形成中国式摔跤的话语体系、理论体系和技术体系，担任根植中国优秀传统文化的民族传统体育开路先锋者。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Chinese style wrestling is one of the outstanding representatives of Chinese national traditional sports; it contains the essence of Chinese traditional culture and the oriental philosophy spirit of the sports. The methods of literature review and interview are used for exploring the development history of Chinese style wrestling, and revealing the core constraints and implications for its development. Taking the course of Chinese style wrestling as the research object, the authors analyzed?and?inquired?into the relative factors such as sports competition, competition rules and scientific research. Results: 1) After the founding of new China, the development of Chinese style wrestling experienced 2 periods and 6 stages. 2) In the period of the National Games, Chinese style wrestling was paid more attention, its competition reached the peak level, the competition rules were revised many times, and the scientific research was steadily promoted. 3) In the period of the non-National Games, it was in an awkward position. Its competition activities were wavy, the competition rules have been revised twice but not published, and the scientific research has not shown enough breadth and depth. 4) Legitimate associations are imperfect; the names of events are not uniform; sports competitions do not form a "tower" structure; competition rules do not significantly reflect the characteristics of Chinese wrestling. Suggestions: We should dialectically handle the three groups of relations, rationally use three forces, adhere to three paths, form a diversified promotion model and development mode; build a four-in-one benign interactive scientific development system, determine the international norms of project names, unify technical action names and terminology. With a view to self-innovation, we should get rid of the embarrassing situation, form a Chinese-style wrestling discourse system, theoretical system and technical system, as the pioneer of national traditional sports, which is rooted in the excellent traditional culture of China. |
