| 摘 要： | 通过对32名男大学生以50%VO2max、75%VO2max两种运动强度分别进行30 min的慢跑和踏级的测试,并在运动前以及运动结束后5 min、30 min和60 min进行SEES调查,结果显示:运动中积极和消极的情绪随练习强度和方式的不同波动,但30 min有氧运动后产生的即时效果是积极情绪和疲劳感觉增加,消极情绪降低到基线,运动结束30 min和60 min后,积极情绪增加,心理疲劳感觉降低;经检验,两种运动强度和运动方式经30 min有氧运动后产生了相同的情绪效应,积极情绪呈上升趋势,消极情绪呈下降趋势,并且这一心理效果至少保持到运动结束后60 min.

| Abstract: | male students were assigned to exercise on either a treadmill, or have a step test with the intensity of 50%VO 2max and 75%VO 2max . They completed the investigation with the Subjective Exercise Experience Scale (SEES) before exercise and at the 5th minute, 30th minute and 60th minute after exercise. The results showed that the positive and negative emotion during exercise fluctuated with the intensity and pattern of exercise. Immediately after aerobic exercise for 30 minutes the positive emotion and the feeling of fatigue increased. The negative emotion decreased to the base line. After exercise for 30 and 60 minutes the positive emotion increased and the mental feeling of fatigue decreased. Both the intensity and the pattern of exercise had the similar emotional effects after 30 minutes of aerobic exercise. The positive emotion trended to rise, and the negative emotion trended to drop, which maintained at least to the 60th minute after exercise. |
