| 摘 要： | 摘要：运用文献资料法、博弈均衡分析法，通过建模的形式研究了职业体育领域内的各方决策者的博弈过程。研究表明：博弈均衡分析方法可以应用到职业体育领域里，职业体育博弈决策者是多方博弈，在博弈的过程中各方博弈者可以达到均衡，并达到共赢。在体育信息完全对称时，体育劳资博弈双方在最优战略选择的原则下，双方都愿意放弃最初所选定的战略决策，实现共赢战略策略，此时职业体育劳资之间的博弈是重复的，职业体育劳资博弈双方之间是诚信的。在博弈均衡分析方法以及理论框架下，分析我国职业体育劳资纠纷产生的深层次原因，为解决我国职业体育领域劳资纠纷设计合理的制度，以促进我国职业体育健康和谐发展，并为解决其他领域职业劳资纠纷提供参考建议。

| Abstract: | Abstract: This study analyzed game process in professional sports through modeling by the methods of literature review and equilibrium analysis. The results showed that equilibrium analysis can be used in professional sports. The professional sports game is a multi-player game. In the process of game, gamers can reach a balance and achieve all-win. When information is symmetric completely, employer and employee will abandon initial strategy and use all-win strategy under the guide of Nash equilibrium principle. At this time, the game between employer and employee is repeated and honest. This paper analyzed the deep reasons which cause professional sports labor disputes in China by game equilibrium analysis method and its theoretical framework. It provided reference to professional sports labor dispute system design and promoted its healthy and harmonious development in China. It may helpful to solve labor dispute in other areas. |
