| 摘 要： | 高校体育课实施俱乐部制课内外一体化模式 ,是采用一种更灵活、更多样化的方式开展教与学活动。此模式将有利于充分发挥学生的主体作用 ,调动学生学习的积极性 ,有利于提高学生的体育意识和体育能力 ,尤其是社会体育活动的组织能力、社交能力、协作精神及创新能力。有利于保持体育教学效益的连续性和延伸性 ,有利于实施终身体育教育和全面推进素质教育 ,是高校体育发展的必然趋势

| Abstract: | The implement of inside and outside class integrative pattern of club system in physical education courses of colleges and universities is to develop a teach and learn activity by adopting a more flexible and more varied way. This pattern is advantageous to the exertion of the students' initiative, to the mobilization of their enthusiasm in study. It is beneficial to the improvement of the students' physical education consciousness and sports competence, especially the organization ability of social physical education activities, social contact ability, cooperation spirits and innovation ability. In addition, it is also conducive to the maintenance of the continuousness and extension of physical education teaching benefits and to the implement of lifelong physical education and the all round promotion of quality oriented education, which is an inevitable tendency in developing physical education in colleges and universities. |
