| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、技术图像分析及数理统计等方法对我国艺术体操运动员成套动作技术价值水平进行了分析,并在成套动作中难度动作的数量、价值、类型、表现形式等方面与世界优秀艺术体操运动员进行了对比.结果表明,我国运动员成套动作中的难度动作数量相对较少;成套动作中平衡类、转体类动作所占的比例很少、难度类型不丰富;难度动作表现形式还有待丰富和提高.同时,提出了提高我国艺术体操运动员成套动作技术价值水平的主要途径和建议.

| Abstract: | With the combination of literature review, image analysis, statistics etc, this study explores and analyzes on the value of group movement of rhythmic gymnastics Further this study conducts a comparison with the foreign athlete in the items of the quantity, value, type, expressing forms of action difficulty. The results indicate: the proportion of action difficulty is still relatively small in the group movement for Chinese athletes; the proportion of the actions of balance and body turning is till insufficient; and the type of difficulty is not abundant; expressing form need to be improved. Meanwhile, several suggestions and approaches were proposed in order to improve the the value of action skill to Chinese athlete of rhythmic gymnastics in China. |
