| 摘 要： | 健全的体育产业风险投资政策不仅有效地保护了有关体育组织、体育企业以及风险投资者的利益,而极大地促进了体育产业的发展.在查阅大量文献资料的基础上、对国外发达国家体育产业风险投资的支持政策进行了分析研究.研究目的是在借鉴国外发达国家体育产业风险投资支持政策的基础上,探讨我国体育产业风险投资政策建设,为我国政府有关部门在建立和完善体育产业风险投资的相关优惠政策提供理论参考,以推动我国体育产业风险投资事业的健康发展.

| Abstract: | The purpose of sports industry venture capital is to pursue the maximal profit or capital increment,which is best the way to optimize and expend enterprises at low costs and high benefits for sports industry.Sports industry venture capital is well developed in the developed countries.Healthy sports industry venture capital can not only protect the benefits of sports organization,sports business and venture investor but also promote the development of sports industry.Based on the review on a large number of literatures,this paper studied and analyzed the policy of sports industry venture capital investment in the advanced countries.According to the experiences of other countries,this study discussed the policy construction of sports industry venture capital in China.In order to provide theory reference for our government policy-makers to build up and consummate sports industry venture investment market,thereby promoting healthy development sports industry venture investment in China. |
