艾灸对力竭游泳小鼠抗疲劳作用的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨艾灸对力竭游泳小鼠抗疲劳作用的机理。方法:雄性健康昆明种小白鼠30只随机分为安静对照组、单纯运动组、运动+艾灸脾俞、心俞、肺俞组,4周后,观察力竭游泳时间、血糖、血乳酸、血尿素氮以及总抗氧化能力的变化。结论:1)艾灸脾俞、心俞、肺俞能使小鼠游泳时间明显延长;2)艾灸能提高运动后小鼠血糖水平,减少体内蛋白质动员分解,增强小鼠抗氧化能力,显著降低小鼠运动后的血液乳酸含量,证明艾灸脾俞、心俞、肺俞具有缓解运动性疲劳和促进疲劳恢复的作用。

Abstract:Purpose: To explore the mechanism of resisting fatigue of moxibustion on Pishu,Xinshu,and Feishu in mice.Method: A total of 30 male Kunming mice are selected.They are randomly divided into control group,activity group and moxibustion plus activity group.The duration of exhaustive swimming,the change of serum glucose,serum lactic acid,urea nitrogen and total anti-oxygen capacity are observed after four-week training.Conclusion: Moxibustion can significantly lengthen the duration of exhaustive swimming.Moxibu...
