| 摘 要： | 体育行业开展职业技能鉴定是我国体育事业人力资源开发的一项重要内容和战略措施,它既是国家提供公共体育服务的需要,也是体育行业自身发展的内在要求.职鉴工作在今后的发展中要不断开拓新的体育行业特有工种、保障职鉴的客观性和公平性、维护职业证书的权威性,使职鉴工作健康发展.

| Abstract: | The appraisal of occupational skill is a vital part and a strategic step for human resource development in sport field.It is essential both for public sport services and sustainable development of sports.In the future,the work on appraisal of occupational skill should emphasize on exploring new sport specific career,guaranteeing the objectivity and equity of appraisal behavior and vindicating the authority of the certification,which will greatly help the better development of the appraisal work. |
