| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查和实地访谈等方法,对洛阳市城区社会体育指导员现状进行了调查研究.结果表明:目前洛阳市城区社会体育指导员现状与发展中的大众体育人口增长的需求还有一定的差距.社会体育指导员数量少,文化程度、专业素质偏低,组织管理能力较差 ,指导年限较短,再学习不够,技术单一化.

| Abstract: | With the methods of questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews, the paper makes a survey of the present situation of social sports instructors in urban areas of Luoyang city. The result indicates that some gap exists between the present situation of social sport instructors in urban areas of Luoyang city and the demands of the increasing number of sport population. The number of social sport instructors is small; their educational level and professional level is low; their organizational ability is poor; their instructing period is limited; their continued education is not adequate; their skills is monotonous. |
