| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,对我国篮球教练员的年龄结构、学历状况、职称状况以及运动及执教经历状况进行调查,分析教练员队伍建设存在的问题以及产生的原因,并为今后加强教练员队伍建设提出相应的意见和建议. |

| Abstract: | With the combination of documentary analysis,and expert interview,this study conducted a research on age structure,the school record condition,the title condition,the movement and training experiences among basketball coaches.The reasons of the existing problems in the construction of coach team were analyzed and several suggestions were proposed in order to enhance the construction of the coach team. |
